Covid Cancellation Policy

At Waterside, we understand the importance of getting away and enjoying a holiday, for relaxation, maybe a bit of adventure, a laugh with good company, and plenty of food and drink. We want you to be able to book confidently in these uncertain times, and as such we have updated our Covid Cancellation policy:


The worry-free Waterside guarantee.

If your booking at Waterside is impacted by Covid, we don't want you to worry about missing out or losing out. Therefore, we are able to offer the following if your booking does happen to be affected:

1. A transfer of dates, just let us know the dates you want to change to, and we will do our best to get you re-booked so you don't miss out!

2. A credit note for the full amount paid, usable until the campsite closes at the end of the 2021 season (usually around November time). This offers a bit more flexibility on dates if you are unsure or unable to commit to a transfer right away

3. A full refund - We can process this online in most cases, through our payment provider (Stripe) and it takes approximately 10 working days for them to process the money back to you.


Hopefully, this provides peace of mind to those who have already made a booking, and gives those of you on the fence the confidence to go ahead and make a booking. We would request that you provide as much notice as possible if your booking looks like it will be affected by Covid, as this may provide the opportunity for others to visit in your place.
